DR. DAVID WILLARDSON
Dr. David Willardson is a cosmetic dentist at Cottonwood Dental in Wichita, Kansas. He grew up in Sandy, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University for one year, then served an LDS mission in the Houston, Texas area for two years. He finished his undergraduate education at BYU and went to dental school at Roseman University.
Dr. Willardson is a member of the American Dental Association. He loves getting people out of pain and hearing how their smiles have changed their lives!
Dr. Willardson and his amazing wife have two beautiful children. He loves spending time on the lake with his family. They ski, wakeboard and surf!
Dr. Brian Schofield is a cosmetic dentist at Cottonwood Dental on Maize Road in Wichita,
Kansas. He grew up in the small farm town of Buhl, Idaho and attended Brigham Young University-Idaho for his undergraduate education, majoring in exercise physiology. He then attended Roseman University of Health Sciences where he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Schofield has wanted to be a dentist ever since he was a child! At a young age, his family Dentist made a huge impact on his life by helping to correct his smile. He’s passionate about helping patients achieve quick pain relief and improve confidence through their smiles!
When Dr. Schofield isn’t in the office, you can find him woodworking or in the great outdoors. He enjoys waterfowl hunting, hiking, camping, and spending time at the lake with his family! He has been married for eight years to his beautiful wife and they have three amazing daughters. A fun fact about Dr. Schofield is that he used to own a woodworking business and he knows how to build farmhouse furniture!

DR. KOLE LOPEZ
Dr. Kole Lopez is a cosmetic dentist at Cottonwood Dental in Pratt, Kansas. He grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and attended Wichita State University for his undergraduate education. During his time there, he majored in Biological Sciences and minored in Chemistry and Sociology. He then attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City where he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Lopez is passionate about helping change the public view of dentistry. He strives to provide pain-free care while forming relationships with his patients and community. Dr. Lopez is a member of the American Dental Association and the Kansas Dental Association.
When Dr. Lopez isn’t in the office, you can find him traveling with his family or hanging out with his two-year-old bernedoodle, Murphy! A fun fact about Dr. Lopez is that he can quote almost any movie verbatim if he’s seen it more than once!
Dr. Blossom Amechi is a general dentist dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to every patient. Dr. Amechi attended the University of Arkansas for undergrad and then graduated from dental school at Meharry Medical College. She also completed a General Practice Residency as well.
Dr. Amechi enjoys fostering relationships with her patients and seeing them achieve their oral health goals. She also ensures that patients understand what oral health means and feel empowered to maintain their oral health, while creating a judgment free zone!
Dr. Amechi is the oldest of 4 siblings and enjoys traveling to visit them as they are all located in different parts of the country. In her free time, she loves to travel, try new restaurants, and cook!

Dr. Adam Richards is a general dentist in Wichita, Kansas. He completed his undergraduate in Biology at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Dr. Richards then attended dental school at Roseman University in South Jordan, Utah. His favorite part of being a dentist is educating patients on the importance of taking care of their oral health, and helping them see why it is important for their overall health.
Dr. Richards and his wife, Amber, have four children! In his free time, he enjoys golfing, taking up woodworking and hanging out with family and enjoying time together!
Dr. Newton Perez is a general dentist dedicated to delivering high-quality care with compassion, skill, and a personal touch. Raised in New York City, Dr. Perez began his academic journey studying sociology at the City University of New York before completing a post-baccalaureate in biology at Mercy University. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr. Perez’s path to dentistry is deeply rooted in a childhood experience—at age ten, he was inspired by a dentist who transformed his view of oral healthcare. Although his early career led him into accounting and finance, his passion for dentistry never faded. With the birth of his son, he and his wife Yisel made the decision to fully pursue his dream. Today, he finds fulfillment in seeing patients gain immediate relief and long-term confidence through care, always striving to build trust and create a welcoming experience.
Dr. Perez speaks Spanish as his first language and is active in church ministry, volunteer work, and community health events. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and loves outdoor adventures like camping and kayaking, playing music, and watching or playing basketball and baseball.
